back to the advice...two little tricks:
1. picked this one up in here in NY: while you're dancing, and most likely on your second drunk of the day, you don't need EVERY SINGLE $8 beer, so refill your beer bottle with water every once in a while. You can keep the drinking motion (so you don't lose practice), but you're rehydrating and it winds up being marginally cheaper.
2. Expanding on what everyone else said: every time you wake up in the middle of the night, ask yourself where you are and why you feel like you got run over by a truck, make the effort to take a big-*** drink of water. Three little wake-ups and you drank an extra bottle.
The less severe your hangover, the more quickly you can start working on the next one...
