The city is already in an economic collapse. They flooded the marked with new condo's and houses TOO fast. There are currently 50,000 units(houses, condos, etc...)available for sale in Bay County according to this one article... 50,000!!!!!!!!!I'm searching for the article I saw that in earlier right now... But yea, I think everyone will still come next year, but 2009 may be another story...
