This guy probably (eventually) deserves to be guilty of everything on the face of the planet. I just want to temper the debate regarding the law staying in-bounds on the procecution. The amount of evidence tossed out originally because it was improperly collected said quite a bit, raised quite a few questions about he prosecution of this issue. I don't want to live in a world where "evidence" against me is obtained illegally, or worse yet... manufactured.
