The buliding and pool is finished. While we did not stay there for we stayed next door at Long Beach but went over several times to check it out and nothing bothered us as far as noise etc. They were even working on some condos at Long Beach and we had to detour to get to their lagoon pool at Long Beach but still didnt bother us. All depends on the person. Go with what you like for everybody is different. Also their are just a few condos that are open at Shores of Panama making you have the pool almost to yourself.
