The 1st must to do thin'e is to take the Conch Tour Train ride to get the feel of the Island, its history & get your bearings for where you might want to visit later. Here is a list of things you might want to do on your visit to Key West:
Audubon House & Tropical Gardens
East Martello Museum & Gallery
Ernest Hemingway Home & Museum (plus the six toed cats)
Harry S Truman Little White House
Key West Aquarium
Key West Cemetery (This is a must tour)
Key West Heritage House & Museum & Robert Frost Cottage
Key West Lighthouse Museum
Key West Shipwreck Historeum
Mel Fisher Maritime Heritage Museum
Oldest House - Wrecker's Museum
Ghost Tour
Definitely take a sunset cruise ifin you have time left & visit Fast Buck Freddie's on Duval Street. Walk thru the air condition Clinton Street Market & do have a piece of Key Lime pie at Kermit's Key Lime store. Don't forget to go to the nightly festivities at Mallory Square to watch the sunset & the live street performances. Most of all, enjoy your stay in Key West & have a blast.
