I went to school and got a degree in health and sports studies and do athletic training at a fitness facility at home....and i have to agree with idrivefast...elliptical machines are popular but arent very accurate...they often say you burn a hell of a lot more calories than you actually do....tredmills are better for you, but i prefer running outside if possible, its not as bad on your joints.....but since I woke up this morning and it was -28 and -41 with the windchill thats not an option
