I've never heard of them. I stayed at the Boardwalk Condos last year and they were really nice. If you want to be part of the Spring Break crowd, the Boardwalk your best option. If you want to be away from Spring Breakers, then maybe the Grandview is good because I've never heard of them and I can't imagine there is much going on there.
