I'll call the sunset tomorrow and clear things up regarding that policy with people under 21 (we also have people over 21 in the room, but can't have alcohol in the room at all because some are underaged)
And if people stayed at these places, give your comments!
Help from people over here is very apreciated, thanks

Just from personal experience with the days inn is although they didnt mention it to you is they are pretty damn strict on underage drinking. I stayed there after i graduated high school when me and my friends were all 18/19 and our room was raided by security guards 3 times and they took all of our alcohol each time. We weren't even being that crazy or anything (well one of the times mayba haha). I think they just do random room checks or at least did. And another thing is it's definately not worth the $200+ per night price tag.
And the other hotel, I can't imagine them having a "no drinking policy". I've never heard of anyone actually being told that before, yeah its usually in the fine print, but maybe its just a scare tactic or simply to cover their own *** so they can pull a "we told you so" in case anything bad happens. Plus it has a great location so i'd stick with it man.
