I called Walmart last year cause i was considering getting one.
A new keg filled with beer, with a new tap will ballpark you around $180-$205. (you get back like $50 for returning the keg or somethin)
If you have your own keg and tap and just need to get it filled it will run between $65-$90 depending on imports or domestics.
