I was just bragging about lunch at Criolla's in another post. It's awesome! I think we did have the short rib sandwich, although I called it beef brisket. Whatever it was, it was de-lish!

Can't wait to go back and try more lunch. Next time I'm taking a camera and notebook, so I can remember exactly what I ate! The dishes at Criolla's are always so creative and unique... it's hard to remember exactly what all was included. The unconventional combinations of flavors are always a wonderful surprise for me... I think that's my favorite part of dining there.
