Well, the newness hasn't even worn off at Pier Park and already St. Joe is planning to develop a new shopping center across the street.

Located on 58 acres across Back Beach Road from Pier Park, the new shopping complex will be more than 400,000 square feet of retail space and is being developed by the same company who developed Destin Commons.
