uh if i understand your question correctly, you want to know if you dad books and pays for a condo room (where the requirement is that you be 25 years old to rent a room) will it work. well the short answer is NO. the person who is 25 or older that booked your room must be present at check in. the way around this is to go to VRBO.com and e-mail a private owner about their age requirements for renters untill you find one that is ok with you renting a room.
