It really all depends, back in the day me and my buddies got them but we just got an attorney and he went in our place.. I would say that it would be better to go back and plead no guilty than to plead no contest. If it's your first serious ticket then you should get off with just paying court cost and fees... Thats how they handled it with me and my friends, mainly because it was our offense ever.. Hope this helps, but I would def go back down there for court...
