Trigger - THat time of year, look for Bar Wars or Hospitality nights. Several bars will each have a night of the week to treat locals who work in the hospitality industry. You might not get the free drinks, etc... but Bar Wars nights are usually packed.

Tootsie's should have good crowds then, but it'll be best on the weekends.
