July 4th is a little far fetched to be looking at the rain percentage. It'll probably change 20 times in between now and then. Regardless it'll be a good time. I just hope the wind is blowing somewhat, so you can actually see all the fireworks instead of only catching the beginning b/c the smoke is covering up all the others.
