We are going to PCB October 3-10. We have went the last 2 years the same week. The weather has been really nice mid to upper 80's no humidity. The water temperature is still pretty warm. I think it rained one afternoon both years.

The best thing is it is not crowded. We never had to wait in any restaurants.
