YES U CAN HAVE KEGS ON THE BEACH!! I know this because our group bought a keg every other day kept it on ice in a 32 gallon trash can in the condo. Then we would place the keg on a luggage cart and wheel it 2 the doors of Boadwalk's pool deck and carrier it from there.

P.S. Don't let security catch using the luggage cart 4 a keg they get pissed, but they get over it as long as u don't try 2 take the cart on the pool deck like my friend did lol.
