Boardwalk is still a great place to stay. If you have a decent sized group it's fun to get a condo. goto
VRBOŽ is Vacation Rentals By Owner and see if you can find something you like if you want. You can't go wrong with the boardwalk, although without MTVu this year it might be a little lower key, that's just a guess.
