I'm seeking information regarding Savannah's community profiles. I'm relocating from NYC and would like information on the racial makeup of the various areas. I also am interested in a diverse population. But I'd rather live in a community where I can raise my child without threat to her ability to receive an education or be safe. My intention is to rent an apartment for a period of time and thereafter purchase a home. I would like to find affordable, low rent housing.
