Georgia Renaissance Fair
Take a step back in time to the Renaissance era at the Georgia Renaissance Fair. Not only will there be people dressed in elobrate costumes, but you will get to enjoy jousting, musical interludes, and grand theatrical presentations. You can even watch craftsmen recreate the arts of glassblowing, metal work, and porcelin work as it was done during the Renaissance. Of course, any fair could not be complete without great food and unique items to buy, and this fair is no exception. In fact, you will find tons of unique items to buy, along with mouth-watering food offered by talented people recreating the past.
The Georgia Renaissance Fair is going on every weekend from now until June 6th in Fairburn, GA (8 miles south of Hartsfield International Airport). To learn more about the Georgia Renaissance Fair and watch a Video, click here. |

Looks like you would have to go from Atlanta to Washington, DC to Chicago to Albuquerque.
Take a look at Amtrack's website for more info. |
