Rome is more than 100+ miles away from Atlanta - it's not a burb (like Alpharetta or Marietta) - so, you'd be shelling out quite a few pesos! Consider Greyhound!

Cab Fare
Well - cab fare from the Airport to Alpharetta used to be about $80.
You might come out cheaper & money ahead if you can get with a transport service. They have vans and load them up with travelers, and drop them off...I found them to be a lot cheaper than cab fare. From the Airport to Rome - I will take a fair to wild guess that you will have to shell out about $200+ for the trip and $24 for cab tip. Is there anyone you can get to have them come get you, and you just pay them for their gas??? Good Luck! |
