Smile Atlanta restaurants

Going back to Atlanta! Does anyone have any restaurant tips for Buckhead? Looking for something good, cheap and very "Atlanta" for lunch, and good and unusual for dinner. We're going to be in town for just two days, so we want something special for our last meal in town! Thanks everyone!

Thumbs up Lunch in Hotlanta.

Nava is a very good selection if you are eating lunch in Buckhead! This place has a Southwestern feel and they do a twist on this type of food too! Excellent margaritas and a great desert selection. Prices are moderate for lunch. You can't miss it either, it's on Peachtree across from some of the better known night clubs. It's a must go for the Buckhead lunch scene. Thumbs up from a fellow Illinoisian.

Of course, if you are looking for Seafood.... Go to the Atlanta Fish Market on Pharr Road, just off of Peachtree Street. They have three different atmoshpheres and the freshes catch of just about any sea dwelling creature you could imagine. The Executive chef for the company who owns this restaurant is one of the best, he also created the above restaurant. Another Thumbs up, have to go type of place in Buckhead.

Thanks A_Bane23! Nava sounds like something I'd like. I seem to remember a sign or something for the place so it must be in an area I'm familiar with. That's good! Atlanta's difficult to get around in when you're used to a small city like Decatur.

Margaritas you say? Hmm, don't mind if I do!
