Chef Miguel Blasini
The sights, smells and flavors of the world have always interested Miguel Blasini, executive chef at the Ocean Key Resort in Key West. Miguel was born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico…he developed a passion for food and by age 14, was working in a small Italian restaurant in the Bronx, New York. In 1995, Wolfgang Puck asked Miguel to be his chef de partie in Orlando, Florida. Wolfgang's University, "The Block" provided a fertile training ground-Miguel moved up the ladder quickly, becoming sous chef and corporate trainer for the acclaimed restaurant.
