Taste of 30-A
Celebrate the essence of Southern food and its influences on the culture, history and cuisine of the Florida Panhandle as WaterColor teams up with Saveur Magazine for the fourth annual Taste of 30-A. Renowned chefs and writers from the South join with local chefs, farmers, shuckers, and personalities to pay homage to the traditional Southern food and regional influences, such as the oysters of Apalachicola, the Creole flavors of Louisiana, and the smoked fish of our bays and the Gulf.
