How tough is it to find a house to rent long term that will accept dogs? Well behaved dogs. Also is there a place near Destin that may be less to rent or is everything pretty much the same? Thanks!:)

I've had a couple different friends that have rented houses in Destin. I'll see if I can get some info from them...

Thank you for the reply swn5363. I will check out the web site too and with realtors. I was thinking maybe if I take a trip down and look around I may find some for rents that are not on the internet. I just do not want to rent a house and then have to move in a few months because its a vacation by the week rental. As much as i would love to live right on the beach, I think it would probably not be practical! Thanks again!

One friend in particular had a long term rental about a block off Hwy. 98 near downtown Destin. It was a great location and I don't think it was too expensive. Maybe there are some longterm rentals like that around...
