Sandestin Resort is business as usual after Ivan

Just received this press release from Sandestin:

SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT RETURNS TO
BUSINESS AS USUAL AFTER HURRICANE IVAN

Destin, Fla. (September 22, 2004) - Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is
operational and open for business as usual including accommodations, dining,
retail, golf, amenities and services. Sandestin sustained no structural
damage from Hurricane Ivan, which made landfall last Thursday.
"Sandestin is fortunate to have weathered Ivan very well. We are pleased
that we have such capable employees who saw to it that we re-opened our
doors within 24 hours after the storm passed," said Mike Stange, vice
president and general manager, Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
Vacationers and groups are already making their way back to
Sandestin to enjoy the resort's 1,350 accommodations and full line up of
amenities and services.
Local and regional travelers visiting Sandestin should check their travel
plans to confirm accessibility. The Mid-Bay Bridge, Highway 331 and one
two-way lane on Highway 98 approaching Okaloosa Island are open. Interstate
10 on the west side of Pensacola is closed.
"We are thankful that we are in a position to offer our services and
facilities to help those in our community less fortunate who are still
rebounding from Ivan," Stange said.

Accommodations -- For those in need of lodging, Sandestin offers
accommodations ranging from hotel rooms to one-, two-, three- and
four-bedroom fully furnished condominiums. With reasonable fall rates,
special packages and even extended stay options, Sandestin is easily

homes as repairs are made and individuals assisting with emergency efforts.
Group rates are also available for companies with employees assigned to the
Destin area to assist in repair and recovery from the storm.

Village will resume regular hours of operation from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on
Monday through Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.

Golf -- Sandestin's golf courses are in operation. The Links Course and
Raven Golf Club have re-opened, and Baytowne Golf Club and Burnt Pine Golf
Club are now accepting tee times for an opening on Thursday, September 23.

between Waterway Markers 49 and 51 on Choctawhatchee Bay, has a full supply
