Sandestin sustained no structural damage from Hurricane Ivan, which made landfall last Thursday. "Sandestin is fortunate to have weathered Ivan very well. We are pleased that we have such capable employees who saw to it that we re-opened our doors within 24 hours after the storm passed," said Mike Stange, vice president and general manager, Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
