Hi... Next year will be our first time to go to Destin...I have my condo's narrowed down to Beach Retreat or Majestic Sun. I know they both are nice but does anyone have any comments on them? Thanks...

We have been to Destin for the past 6 years in a row..By far the Sterling Sands is our favorite......the pool is great.......have stayed in many places, but always come back to Sterling Sands......

We have stayed at both and they both have their pros and cons. We have even stayed at Ms. Martindale's condo at Majestic Sun. I can assure you that the one on 9th floor is absolutely awesome and the view is unbelievable. We also like Beach Retreat because you have a jacuzzi in the Master bath if you get a three bedroom and also it is a much smaller complex. The pool and hot tub at Beach Retreat is exceptionally nice. It is easier to park and get to your condo at Beach Retreat and it is also a newer complex. Majestic Sun has more to offer and has more action you might say. Beach Retreat is more family oriented. They are both great places and we stay at both.
