I have shoiwn these to many, EVEN those who say they want a 2BR and they LOVE them.

Low monthly fees as well compared to others and only room to go up. New project next door si going to have 1 BR starting around $600k.

Can you say appreciation? I thought you could.

Cool Still some great ones left......Gulfview II in Destin

And prices have come down a bit so let me know if I can help you here or with other property needs.

I think there is even one under $300,000.

Think about investing now BEFORE the season kicks in.

Junkview condos more like it...

Hey Keith,

Can you say depreciation? I thought you could.

Did you offer a refund to all of the people you sold these on just a little over 6 months ago while touting "apprecation"? I didn't think so.

But, hey, there is one very good thing about the real estate market going south in Destin. Most of the realtors will be back to doing what they do best- waiting tables!

Cool

The Real Estate market is like the stock market and has far outpaced it in the last few years in this area. There is no guarantee of appreciation in the short or long term and although the cycle has leveled a bit it in the area, there are still plenty of good investments and actually, NOW may be an opportune time to invest in the right project. No one has the crystal ball BUT real estate has and will be a winning long term investment as borne out by history. You must be smart and a bit more savvy right now.

The days of putting out a sign and getting a sale for whatever price you ask are gone for now BUT this will also weed out those realtors in it for the wrong reasons. This is sorely needed as everyone thinks they are a realtor but as usual, the career professionals who are in the minority do the majority of the business.

I have learned a great deal in my young career and will continue to provide my customers professional service with integrity and commitment to their needs, whether buyers or sellers.

I look forward to another great year here on the Emerald Coast! Join us here, you won't be sorry.

Also, email me if you would like to receive my Valued Customer Local Discount card.

So, Keith, is there ever a time NOT to buy the real estate you keep hawking on this forum?

Also, I've watched the mods on this forum bust people before for trying to sell stuff on these forums. They usually direct them to the advertising portion of this site. So how do you keep getting away with it?

Posted February 16th by this site's Admin:

"FROM ADMINISTRATOR:
While we appreciate our members using the forums to pass along tips, give advice, and meet other travelers, we don't permit unpaid advertising. If you'd like to advertise on TripSmarter.Com (and who wouldn't?!), try our rate card instead!"

This was in response to a guy asking about a book someone published on real estate investing.

So how does Keith-goes-coastal get to hawk his employer's real estate listings in almost every one of the Destin forums on this site?

OkaloosaMLS is on a distinguished road
I think with this being an advice chat. We even if realtors should be able to share information with other members like my website. www.DestinBeachMLS.com while yes this is my site. I do offer free access and instant access also I include all area properties for sale not just mine. So would this not be something that helps? Before you answer look at my website first and you can see the Emerald Coast MLS which I provide free access to everyone includes more information on every property here than any of the Nationwide sites.

to the forums OkaloosaMLS!

I forgot about this thread, so this is actually more of a response to reach-the-beach...

Bottom line is that if businesses participate in the conversations happening in our forums and offer advice on a variety of subjects (rather than just spamming our forums with a quick post and link) we are more likely to show a little leniency when it comes to posting links.

Keith has been one of our biggest contributors in the Destin forums and we welcome his posts anytime, even when they do contain a link.
