Destin Vacation -- week of July 25th
Does anyone have an idea yet on the damage in Destin or Panama City? How long are they estimating the recovery. We want to plan a trip in a couple of weeks, but aren't sure if the beach will be ok.

C'mon down! Damage was minimal in PCB and I've heard Destin fared well, too. Everything will be fine by the time you get here,.

Ok--thanks for the quick reply. This will be our first visit (yes, I have seen the ocean before). I guess we heard stories of the sea-weed being washed up on the beach. Do you have any suggestions on resorts or hotels to stay in?:)
