Hi everyone. Can someone tell me what there is to do in destin? We're going to be there to visit my grandmother next month. Please, please tell me there's fun things to do!

There are plenty of things to do in Destin. Next month Destin hosts the annual Destin Seafood Festival. There are live bands, plenty of food and lots of arts and crafts. Also, the shopping in Destin is great. Try The Market Shops at Sandestin, Silver Sands Outlet Mall and lots of great little boutiques on Emerald Coast Parkway. If you like to eat out, see our restaurant section on this website. Some of my favorites are Louisiana Lagniappe, Marina Cafe, Harbor Docks, Hogs Breath and Elephant Walk (just to name a few). Fishing is great this time of year, everything from offshore fishing to specs and reds. The water is clear, so diving and snorkeling is also fun. For nightlife, try Sky Bar, AJ's and Fudpuckers. Shopping always sounds like fun. Glad to hear there's more shopping there than just the big brands. I like to find cool, original stuff. Grandmother says that there are a lot of art shops. I'm a pretty good artist so maybe I'll find a gallery to show my work.
