restoration

we are leaving from dallas on the 25, and arriving in destin on the 26. Can anyone let me know, if the beaches will be disturbed, with people restoring the sand/beach, or is that already done. Also how is the water clarity, and are the beaches still beautiful. just wondering but what is the flag on the beach today?
