You might want to try Dolphin Developers or Newman-Dailey. Both companies specialize in vacation rentals in the Destin and Walton County areas. Plus, they may be able to help with the other Florida cities you mentioned.

Want to clarify my posting that started this thread. We are still interested in this vacation rental and need your feedback. Destin is out, and we really are looking for a home, not a condo or town home. The home is for my mother, a single senior citizen. Can you help?

Realtors may be of assistance BUT most likely not due to the length of the rental. Most of the listed rentals are for longer term leases.

Best bet is to call some of the reputable property management companies in the area, some of which do employ realtors.
