The Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa has unveiled its latest culinary adventure with the opening of Hadashi, an elegant new sushi bar offering Japanese delicacies, sake, live entertainment and more.

Hadashi is the sophisticated new sushi bar located inside Hilton Sandestin’s Sandcastles Lounge, featuring the innovative creations of Chef Sugi. Open Monday through Saturday from 5-9 p.m., Hadashi offers an extensive menu with a variety of appetizers, sushi and sashimi, creative combinations and specialty Japanese drinks.

Menu highlights include fresh-from-the-Gulf seafood favorites prepared in a progressive Japanese style. Guests will enjoy a delicious seafood salad featuring seaweed and squid served on a bed of cucumbers with a Japanese vinegar dressing topped with shrimp, octopus and crab and finished with a spicy sauce and dash of Sambal chili sauce. Or try one of the many flavorful sushi options from the Maguro (tuna) to the Uni (sea urchin). There’s also an extensive selection of rolls, including the popular California variety with crab stick, avocado and cucumber on the outside and masago on the outside, or the masterful Hadashi Roll creation, with filet of beef, cream cheese, spicy mayo and tempura crunchies.

Hadashi is open Monday through Saturday. Live jazz is featured in the casual setting, located just off the Hilton Sandestin’s main lobby.
