We go to the Red Bar at least once a month and highly recommend it to all visitors and locals. The food is wonderful and the atmosphere can't be beat. The owner has always made a point of coming to our table and making sure everything is to our liking. If you do go you'll need to have cash because they don't take credit cards and only one check per table. The Red Bar is located in Grayton Beach.

Oooh.. I've eaten there. I love the decor. It's very wild and soothing at the same time. There are posters all over the walls and ceilings, all of the furniture is mismatched and used, and and there is are big sofas around for lounging. Amazingly, it all works well together. The bar is called the Red Bar and the attached restaurant is called Picolo's.
There isn't really a menu per se.. the server holds up a chalkboard with the day's selections on it and you choose from that. If it's not on the chalkboard, you're not going to be able to get it. (like if you want fries instead of potatos....) AND the board changes everyday. Its a really cool idea. I reccomend it for the atmosphere. It's a good place to take friends or a date for laid back conversation.
