I recently stayed at the Sandestin Resort for a Sales Seminar, and I must admit... I was very impressed. We could see dolphins swimming in the bay from our balcony... awesome sunsets... the property and facilities are first rate... the staff is friendly! Wish I could have played some golf and experienced one of their four courses. Maybe next time!

Also, check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. It was full of boutiques, restaurants, bars, shops, etc... each with it's own theme and decor. Very fun experience! We ate dinner at Poppy's Seafood Factory (highly recommended - try the Grouper Trinidad) and enjoyed some wine afterward at Bistro Bijoux (also highly recommended). You could spend all day wandering around The Village and still not see everything.
