We bring a big group of adults down to Destin every Memorial Day weekend. We are looking for lodging/condos that are a little more suited to adults that like to have a good time. We aren't necessarily looking for PCB atmosphere, but something that is not so family oriented. I know that there are lots of adults like this because of the clubs we go to they are there..... so they must stay some where!!! I would imagine they aren't all locals..

We own a couple of condos in Sandpiper Cove. They are located on the corner of Gulf Shore Dr. and Highway 98. It is definitely a more family friendly atmosphere. They have a large private beach, 18 hole Par 3 and the location is in almost the dead center of Destin. Plus they are one of the VERY few places that has Harbor access via their canal which also gives you gulf access. Plus, SPC is not a highrise.
