Try vrbo.com. They have a section specifically for the Panhandle and Destin. It's vacation rentals by owner. You can see what you are renting and get the pricing. As for being discounted, I'll let you decide whether it's too pricey or not. We've used it in the past and stayed in some nice places. Good luck.
