We typically go to vrbo.com and look at the houses in Destiny by the Sea. IMO, they are fairly reasonable during the winter months.

I would recommend Rivard Realty if you're going to be in the South Walton area. Resort Quest has a huge presence in the Destin Area. And as always vrbo is a great site to find some independent listings.
