Fantasy Fest 2009 kicks off on Friday, October 23rd with the Goombay Celebration and Royal Coronation Ball. 70,000 costumed partygoers from all over the world will be treated to ten days chocked full of great events like the Pet Masquerade, the 27th Annual Headdress Ball, the Homemade Bikini Contest & Beach Party, and of course, the Captain Morgan Fantasy Fest Parade on October 31st!
