Thinking about buying a place in Paradise?
My husband and I finally bought a place here two years ago, after 12 years of dreaming about it... We paid a HUGE amount of money for a very tiny place, and we reconciled ourselves to the fact that we spent too much, but we figured it was now or never. Well, two years later, and our place is worth $200,000 MORE than we paid for it! The prices down here are crazy... and waiting is only going to make the price tag higher, so, my advice is this... BUY NOW! There are some pretty good deals (relatively speaking) due to war news..... Just a thought. We were out house-lookin' all day... pretty cool stuff.
