There are currently 16 recipes archived in video format for you to try at home! These are recipes from the BEST chefs in Key West! I'm going to try Michael Wilson's Macedamia Encrusted Mahi this weekend and Konrad Jochum's Lobster Relleno next weekend... wish me luck! (I usually stick to grilling, but I feel the need to broaden my cooking horizons!)

ricsbah is on a distinguished road
Howdy
I am an American in Bahrain and at present have two restaurants. I have completed the third one and I am in dire needs of a Tex/Mexican Chef. If anyone can help please contact me on ricsbah@yahoo.com or go to the net and look up Ric's Kountry Kitchen

Thanks

Question

Hi TripSmarter,
Is there a place in this site with the recipes from the shows? I know they are within the shows but its a pain in the butt to re-watch them just for the recipes.

I'm looking into it...

We have a partnership with The Citizen in which Joanna Schmida reviews each episode and provides the recipes. I've been looking on their website, and I can't find any kind of archive (maybe they only feature the current show?). Anyway, I'll find out and let you know.

Is there a particular recipe or two you need? I may be able to get it from someone here...

Finally!

Sorry it's taken so long, but here is where you can find the Key West Chefs recipes in text format: Key West Chefs Recipes

It looks like keysnews.com is an episode behind, but, it should be updated soon. Archived articles and recipes are at the bottom of the page.

Good luck, and please let us know if any recipes turn out as good as they look on the show!
