Hi all! I am planning a surprise trip for my husband I for our first anniversary in February.
I wondered if any locals or regular visitors could give me their opinion on the following places: Key Lodge Motel Budget Key West I cant find a whole lot of information on these. Websites look good, but of course that can be deceiving. We are basically just looking for somewhere to sleep. And not far from Duval St. Any other suggestions are welcomed. However, I dont know how we would do at a B&B. I have heard the sometimes that owners can be a little intrusive. I dont know if that is true though, as I have never stayed at one. Thanks!!!! |

Out of the 2 you are looking at I am only familier with Key Lodge. Its in a great location (on Duval) but it is a little worn down and looks like something out of the 70's. In fact that was probably the last time they did renovations, :) but I dont think you can go wrong with them for the price. Just understand it is a very old place and does show its age.
