I'll be in Key West on March 16th through the week. Anyone have any good ideas what to do with my time, and what the hot sports are?

A lot of people recommended that I take the Conch Train tour my first day to get a feel for what's around the island. They also recommended having dinner at a place called, Mangoes and people watching at Baby's Cafe. Also, a lot of people recomended going scuba diving, biking, and shopping on Duval Street. Hope that helps.
