I'm a 36 yo male looking to rent a room (pref. w/ a private bathroom...) somewhere in Key West (pref Duvall/old towne area) near the clubs.

I need a simple furnished (or unfurnished room from Jan 1st 2007 - March 6th, 2007.

I have references and a deposit available... A roommate situation is fine or an efficency. I'm a responsible non-smoker w/o kids or pets - just need a room for those 9 weeks.

You would probably have much better luck if you posted this in the local paper. www.keysnews.com The time you are looking for is in the middle of season so it may be difficult to find something near the clubs ( but if you have the money, and a lot of it, it will help).

Like to add one thing for ya ~~ The deposit usually will cost you the 1st month, last month & the deposit itself ~~ The price is gonna be a little high since its prime season ~~ Everyone want's to be in Key West at this time of the year ~~ Good luck ~~
