I wish TripSmarter would archive the other shows which have aired in the marathon of past shows following Fishcutters. I made the macadamia crusted mahi mahi from Michael's and loved it, but I can't find the recipe now for the sauce to make it again. Any plans to archive those shows again?

That is the site where they archive the shows, yes. But there have been a couple of months or so of shows since Fishcutters, and whereas in the past they archived the shows immediately after they were shown, they haven't archived the ones following the Fishcutters show through the August 26 show. Michael's is one of those shows that haven't been archived as of yet and is the one I need the sauce recipe from.

The Michael's episode you're referring to was from last year, I think. The KWC Marathon is playing lots of episodes... some from 2006 and 2005 even.

I remember having the Michael's episode up in the older format (windows media) but we didn't convert any of the older shows when we switched to Flash format earlier this year.

I'll see if the original episode is readily available and we'll try and get it up. At the very least, maybe we can get the recipe for you...

Michael is a really nice guy. I would bet if you call him, at the restaurant, he would help you out with the recipe.

This one used honey and Coleman's dry mustard (and its the "what else" I can't remember.) I do plan on using yours as an alternative KWT and thanks.
