How's the weather in the lower keys now? Is it warm enough to enjoy water sports? We are big jet skiers and can't wait any longer for the weather to change and some friends told us our best bet would be to check the Keys. Thanks.

i wear key west in my heart and head. this time of the year is great, the longer you wait the warmer it will get. i just got back on the 2nd. from key west and there was a cool front that passed thru but now i see they've got highs in the 80's during the day, the sun is really hot during the day and you'd have a blast jet skiing over by smathers beach.

The weather is beautiful. I just got back from the beach myself and the water is comfortable. We should be done with any cold fronts from here on out. Pull up weather underground for any specific info you are looking for. It can even give you past history
for the week you are thinking about coming down. Also look at this site http://www.ndbc.noaa.gov/station_page.phtml?$station=mlrf1 It will give you water temps at the reef. Have fun.

We were out on the boat this weekend and the water was fine! Lots of people playing on wave runners and swimming and splashing about!

It's beautiful... actually unseasonably warm right now.
