Key West Beaches
Key West's beaches were lauded in the national press yesterday for the water quality... the city was congratulated "for modernizing wastewater treatment plant, reducing sewage discharges and the creation of a stormwater capital plan."
What it all means is that Key West takes exceptional efforts to ensure that the waters around the island are as kept as clean and pristine as possible.
