Hope you can answer my question. Some restaurants are now letting you take home bottles of opened/unfinished wines. Is this legal? |

Although I could see an officer charging someone with the misdemeanor charge of open container I doubt this would happen. I think if the person was not intoxicated and not driving under the influence a previously opened bottle of wine should be o.k. to transport.
