Irish Kevin's bar in Key West has the worst management I've dealt with on the island and the most insulting, rude, unfunny entertainer I've seen (Yo Adrian is his stage name). His jokes are insulting and rude, which could be bearable if they were funny, but they are not. Managers are understaffed, rude, and make customers wait for an hour before showing their faces when there is a problem. Worst service I've ever had. Rude management does not affect most, but when there is a problem and you need them, and they are not willing to do their job and help you, then it becomes a problem. Don't support them!!! Go to better managed bars like Rick's, Sloppy's, or the Bull.

At least you've found other places you like - that's one of the advantages of Key West... there's another bar just down the street!

It is to bad that you had such a horrible time!
I have lived in Key West for 2 years and it seems that KEVINS has a HUGE crowd every night!!
In my opinion they must be doing something right to be able to attract hundreds of thousands of "PARTIERS" year end and year out!
My suggestion is do not give up on a really cool place on Duval because of both parties (you and the mgmt) were not having a good night (at least that is what it sounds like)

On the other hand....DEAN is right....there are many more bars up and down Duval St.

DONT FORGET TO DRINK YOUR "RED BULL" and VODKA this weekend.
