We did Key West last year for break. Completely awesome experience. Here's our recommendations for Key West.
Stay at Island House (special discount for students) if you can. Completely wonderful. Or Atlantic Shores.
During the day, hang out at either of those places. Day passes at Island House are half price for students. Atlantic Shores is free (well, $3 for a pool lounger) Nudity allowed both places. Hey, it's Key West!
If you want to go to the beach, stick with Fort Zach. It's gayer than Smathers
Nighttime. Bourbon Street rules for guys. Aqua if you want to dance.
